Our therapies are based on effective research therapies which may include acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioural, mindfulness, solution-focused, and or psycho-dynamic. We will focus on where you need help to find relief and get to where you want to be by establishing your goals for the future and implementing a thoughtful testament plan.
